Kate is a graduate of Dublin City University where she completed a Bachelor of Civil Law degree.
Having previously worked as a legal secretary in a general law firm, Kate joined Michael Boylan Litigation as a Legal Executive in 2021. She completed her traineeship with Michael Boylan Litigation and qualified as a solicitor in 2025. Kate also holds an Advanced Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Society of Ireland.
Kate has a broad experience in medical negligence having assisted with several varied cases such as birth injuries, delayed diagnosis of cancer, delayed diagnosis of Cauda Equina Syndrome, general surgical errors and cases involving a poor cosmetic outcome following surgery.
She currently works alongside our Principal Solicitor, Ciara McPhillips and as such continues to gain a wide range of experience.
