About Ciara
Ciara has worked with Michael Boylan Litigation since its inception and prior to that worked for a number of years solely in the field of plaintiff litigation in both Dublin and her hometown of Monaghan. Over that time she has worked on a wide array of cases arising from delays in diagnosis, birth injuries, defective medical products and devices and dental injuries.
Ciara currently works on a number of cases arising from the Cervical Check audit; the implantation of mesh; the prescription of Epilim to pregnant women and also in cases in relation to reproductive medicine.
Ciara is a graduate of University College Dublin where she completed a Bachelor of Civil Law. She subsequently undertook a LLM in Queen’s University Belfast. Ciara has also studied in Istanbul and at University College Galway.
Ciara was previously employed by Southern Regional Colleges in Northern Ireland as a Lecturer of Law and she has spoken previously at a number of conferences and workshops.
