Michael Boylan Litigation has recovered almost €80 million in damages on behalf of clients affected by Narcolepsy after receiving the Pandemrix swine flu vaccine.
The High Court approved a Settlement Scheme in November 2020 for individuals who developed the incurable sleep disorder and a debilitating auto immune condition (Narcolepsy) after receiving the Pandemrix swine flu vaccine. The ad hoc Settlement Scheme was negotiated approx. a year after this firm successfully settled the lead High Court action after 21 days at hearing.
Michael Boylan Litigation has so far recovered compensation for 85 clients who received the Pandemrix swine flu vaccine. The firm continues to screen enquiries from prospective clients who have been diagnosed with narcolepsy and cataplexy after receiving the vaccine and anticipates settling further actions in the near future.
